NOTICE OF TENNIS SECTION A.G.M. FOLLOWING FINALS DAY ON SATURDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER 2011

The Annual General Meeting of the Tennis Section will be held in the club house following the completion of the finals of the club competitions at approximately 5pm on Saturday 10th September. The Agenda and last years A.G.M. minutes together with the notes from the June meeting of the tennis sub-committee are all posted on the board next to the committee meeting room. Following the A.G.M. there will be a B.B.Q. starting around 7pm. A separate notice asking members to sign up for the B.B.Q. will be posted on this notice board shortly. Please attend as many of the events as possible with the Closed Tournament Finals, AGM and B.B.Q. on this important day in our tennis calendar.
